Disclaimer — read before going live
This software is a template and tool, not investment advice, and its seller is not your investment adviser, broker, or fiduciary.
- You control everything. You choose the broker account, the watchlist,
the core assets, and every strategy setting. The software executes *your* configuration. Nothing in the defaults, documentation, explainers, or backtester is a recommendation to buy or sell any security.
- Trading involves risk of loss. Automated trading can lose money quickly
and can behave unexpectedly during outages, API failures, halts, gaps, and fast markets. Never trade money you cannot afford to lose. Circuit breakers and stops reduce risk; they do not eliminate it, and market orders can fill far from the last quote.
- Backtests are not predictions. The built-in backtester uses simplified
daily-bar assumptions, excludes dividends and some live-mode checks, and reflects one historical period. Past performance — real or simulated — does not indicate future results.
- Third-party services. The software connects to accounts and data
services (broker APIs, market data, AI APIs) under *your* credentials and *your* agreements with those providers. You are responsible for complying with their terms and for all fees and taxes. The software estimates a tax reserve; it is not tax advice — consult a tax professional.
- AI components can be wrong. The news-judgment step uses a language
model with web search. It can misread news, miss news, or be wrong. It is a filter, not a guarantee.
- No warranty. The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any
kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the authors and sellers are not liable for any losses or damages arising from its use.
- Paper trade first. The go-live checklist exists for a reason. Build a
paper record before committing real money, start small, and keep the emergency STOP controls in reach.
Hypothetical performance (CFTC Rule 4.41 cautionary statement): HYPOTHETICAL OR SIMULATED PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE CERTAIN LIMITATIONS. UNLIKE AN ACTUAL PERFORMANCE RECORD, SIMULATED RESULTS DO NOT REPRESENT ACTUAL TRADING. ALSO, SINCE THE TRADES HAVE NOT BEEN EXECUTED, THE RESULTS MAY HAVE UNDER-OR-OVER COMPENSATED FOR THE IMPACT, IF ANY, OF CERTAIN MARKET FACTORS, SUCH AS LACK OF LIQUIDITY. SIMULATED TRADING PROGRAMS IN GENERAL ARE ALSO SUBJECT TO THE FACT THAT THEY ARE DESIGNED WITH THE BENEFIT OF HINDSIGHT. NO REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFIT OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO THOSE SHOWN.
By switching the software to LIVE mode you acknowledge that you have read and accepted all of the above.
