1. GRANT. Upon purchase, the buyer ("you") receives a perpetual,
   non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, run, and modify this
   software ("the Template") for YOUR OWN personal trading and accounts.

2. WHAT YOU MAY DO
   - Run the Template on machines you control, for accounts you own.
   - Modify anything: watchlist, core assets, strategy rules, branding, code.
   - Keep private forks and backups.

3. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO
   - Resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or share the Template or any
     substantial portion of its source code, modified or not.
   - Offer the Template (or a derivative) as a hosted service, signal
     service, or managed product for third parties.
   - Use the seller's product name or branding to market anything.
   - Remove this license or the DISCLAIMER from copies you run.

4. NO ADVICE, NO WARRANTY. The Template is software, not investment advice.
   It is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. See DISCLAIMER.md,
   which is incorporated into this license. To the maximum extent permitted
   by law, the seller's total liability is limited to the purchase price.

5. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES. You are solely responsible for: your broker and
   API accounts and their terms of service, all trading decisions and
   configurations, all losses, and all taxes and regulatory obligations that
   apply to you.

6. TERMINATION. Breach of section 3 terminates the license immediately.
   Sections 4-5 survive termination.
